I see your prob. and feel your pain. As a kid my father always had dogs of HIS choice lol. I was married and my son was in school when I got my very first dog. It was a Poodle, I was so fearful of her paws being on filthy cement that I decided she would be an inside dog only. She lived to be 15 y/o. My next dog (mini Schnauzer) and every dog after her I house broke them, at that time there were no such things as pee pad, we used news paper, and keeping enough paper in the house was a real pain in the butt, so I house broke every dog I owed after my first Poodle. Dogs really do prefer to make outside, just get her on a schedule of when she goes out, be consistent with the times, she is older and not use to going out doors so it prob. will take longer. I know this has to be soooo frustrating. Hearing lil Madlyn screams brought back memories of my puppy days lol, heart breaking for sure. Good luck with your new plan.
