Is that area shaved? Could have been the result of razor burn. I accidentally gave a little razor burn to Max on his belly recently. |
Thanks for your response. He was groomed 2 weeks ago and the groomer does keep that area short. I hadn't thought of staph infection. He hasn't bothered the area since i cleaned it. I'll keep an eye on him and bring him to the vet if it doesn't heel on it's own.
