It is hard to say really because Yorkies grow at different rates .. Normally they are full grown by 1 yr to 1 1/2 years.. My boy was about 6 pounds at 5 months , I just weighed him this morning and he is 10 pounds and a few ozs. & he is almost 4 years old ..
