Default Wasaga Beach Georgian Bay

Well on Monday we went there for some swimming and both Dara and Magic pulled so much on lead that it took each one 20 minutes to get to the water.

That is because until they obey me they don't get their favourite past time of swimming with Moms. So we do the heel one step and sit - heel and sit. The brats are being bratty today.

But we met lots of lovely folks - who get dogs - and that is always an enjoyable experience. Magic was a good boy and ignored all dogs - he is so very much toy focussed. Dara not nearly as much. I really need to address that as she doesn't yet get the idea of retrieve in total for her next level of obedience.

Wasaga Beach is a lovely spot and you can walk out with large dogs for ages It has a sandy bottom so it is not as great for strengthening all the little muscles of their paws n ankles - but still a great exercise for the pups.

Now here is what I don't get. Why do folks without dogs go to a doggey beach for sunning? Especially when there are 4 other beaches that don't allow dogs on them! Seems silly to me.
