I'd look elsewhere if I were you. Her pups are $1,100 correct? For about the same price you can get a puppy from a breeder who breeds to standard(if you were looking for a blue/gold pup),champions her dogs, and offers a better(5 Year) guarantee than what that particular seller is providing.

The breeder's who you're inquiring about Yorkies look off imo. Her guarantee is not something I would sign especially with her not covering any illnesses the pup has within 24/48 hours(does this breeder know nothing concerning incubation periods with viruses/parasites???).

Have her dogs been evaluated? I'm not asking if they've been championed, but they should at least be evaluated by past/present judges or those who have shown imo. Any health checks for knees/eyes/liver? This is what I'd look for when purchasing a pup.

Shipping wouldn't rule out a breeder if their reputation is stellar, but most will want to meet/speak with the buyer extensively before purchase. I'd also speak with past customers and request pictures from past litters who are now adults so I'd have an idea what my pup would look like.

A pup going out at 10 weeks is not ideal to some, but take into account how big the pup is and how well he/she is eating.
