Do check into the anterior approach and see if that is what you are having. They do not cut all the muscles when they go in that was so recovery is easier.

THIS is the approach my friend in Florida had and it was actually FABULOUS!! My friend did just like you did....up with a walker the evening of surgery....home on day 3....and good as new well within 2 months!! She had some fabulous surgeon in Florida do hers and if I ever have to have this done, this is the approach I will choose, and that doc in Florida is pretty hard to beat!
