Great thread, I think when we understand the “whys” better we have much more compassion for our fellow man. All it takes is a couple of tragedies, a loss of a loved one, an illness, or divorce, and our brain chemistry can completely change, and we can start doing things we normally wouldn’t do. Animal hoarders are not evil; they are experiencing some great trauma and are dealing with it the only way they know how. Instead of judging we should be saying, "except for the grace of God go I." |
