People that say they will NEVER be in that position really need to open their eyes. You never know what will come in the future. I agree with the above poster who said hoarding can come about via another situation. I feel they are trying to fill a void perhaps. Could be they lost their significant other or family member and looking for someone or pet to make them feel less empty. It could turn into a hoarding situation.
