Does your Yorkie eat chew treats or something else that could be irritating her system?

Blood and mucous can also be associated with illnesses like irritable bowel syndrome, pancreatitis, giardia (sometimes difficult to diagnose).
If it continues, I would go back to the vet and discuss this with him. Perhaps a consult with an internal med specialist is in order.
