Dharma used to have lots of dandruff when we brought her home; now that she is 4 1/2 months it is almost gone. My vet said that during wintertime is very common for new puppies. Newborn puppies need to be in a very warm place, so most breeder including mine keeps their home very warm. On top of that she used an external heater to keep them warm enough during nighttime. A friend of mind recommended me Day-to-Day Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner by Chris Christensen. The product started to work the first time we applied to Dharma. You also need to brush her hair every day to get rid off all the dandruff that is already loose from the skin. The products smell wonderful and the best is that the smell stays with them all the time until the next bath. I hope that helps! Good luck....
