I took Toby and Izzy to a new groomer because I felt like i was torturing my usual groomer with Toby, because he turns into Cujo when he's being groomed. We end up looking like we were mauled by a bear at the end. But I will never do that again. Because when I showed up for my babies, they were butchered. I had left specific instructions on leaving all length in their skirts, just to clean it up a bit and shorten toby's face. She had shaved all the hair on their legs. They looked like choppy little twigs. I was horrified, upset, and seething with hostility. Never again. They are just now starting to get back to looking pretty again. And I will never cheat on my groomer again. Oh and I got quite the tongue lashing from my groomer also. First for the cheating, and second for taking Toby to any groomer where I can't witness firsthand how he is handled by the groomer while he's playing Cujo. That thought hadn't occurred to me until then. Lesson learned. But yes, the hair will grow back. But mom should get a good chopping while shes asleep i think. a good crooked chop to the bangs and and a note saying how lovely you think her new cut looks should suffice. just sayin. |
