I have seen that it is possible to purchase dog vaccines online. Is it possible to purchase the 1 or 2 that she is missing and administer at home? I am confused by the vaccination names on her papers. Are neo par and galaxy 2 different vaccine for different diseases or for the same diseases just different brand names? Sorry for all the questions and I appreciate all the info and advice and the welcome!
Okay, those vaccines were given at 6 and 8 wks old and don't count for anything at this point and age.

THIS is a vaccine overview and typical vaccine schedule: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...-overview.html

What you get will depend upon what kind of vet you go to. If it's a vet who is *very* familiar w/ Dr. Schultz's research in vaccines, they will give 1 vaccine each of distemper and parvo, then boost in 1 year.

If it's a vet who is less familiar w/ Schultz, they will likely want to give the 2 vaccines (parvo and distemper) and then boost it in 2-3 weeks; then boost again in 1 year.

So, either of those 2 scenarios is what you're likely to run into.

No, I would *not* buy these vax online and attempt to inject them yourself...I'm a nurse, and I won't even give my own dogs their vaccines. It's best to get them from an animal professional.
