Why stop the Apoquel, when it was working, just bc of lethargy? That is a symptom with many meds that will go away over a little time. To me, these symptoms sound way to severe to not medicate, ya know? I'd get her back on the Apoquel ASAP and give it at least a month's time. Apoquel is *such* a great medication and can work miracles for so many allergy dogs.

The splotches you're seeing could be pyoderma, which is a staph imtermedius infection in dogs -- which needs a 'srcrip of Simplicef x 30 days to treat. If it's widespread like you're describing, topical things most likely won't do a thing.
