No you were say a Standard is 7lbs. That not a Standard. Under is if you show. Doesnt matter if you have a pet. But if your gonna quote specifics they should be correct. If your looking for a purebreed doesnt matter what Country there will some a small percent of inbreeding may 3-5%. If you dont want a purebreed then dont get one.
