I actually think this was a great post with lots of good info. I live in a 1 story house but if I had stairs I wouldn't allow my pups to go up and down either. My girl will be 1yr next month and last time she was weighed she was not even 3 pounds. Her parents were 4 and 6 pounds and she was expected to be 4 pounds. All blood work and health exams have been clear of any issues she is just small but with her size a fall could injure her very badly. In a house with young kids and small dogs safety is very important and people really need to understand what they are getting into. Just my opinion
