Hi and welcome. I see you're in Ohio too. I live in the Cambridge area and work in a vet clinic in Cambridge. With the vaccine record that you have, I can tell you what our vets would recommend but I'm sure different clinics follow different protocols. We normally do a series of 3 vaccines 3 weeks apart until the puppy is 14 weeks old and give Rabies anytime after 12 weeks. Since your puppy is almost a year old and did have one vaccine, they would most likely give one vaccine (DA2PPL) and booster it in 3 weeks. Then not again for a year.
