Now, I am seeing that "vaccination record" you have posted.....NeoPar has several different vaccines, some are a whole series and some are JUST against the parvo.....you do not know which one your pup received from what is on that paper.

I give my breeding mom NeoPar before she is bred, to protect the pups conceived from the breeding. I then give NeoPar when the pups are 4 weeks old and then start my vaccination schedule at 8 weeks. They get the Vanguard-5 at 8, 11, and 14 weeks of age, and they are completely immunized with the core vaccines..... You cant tell if the NeoPar is just the vaccine for parvo, or if it was one of the series of shots....and I am not clear why mixing different brands of vaccinations is being done there....I would have felt much more secure if she had given 2 of the Galaxy vaccines, simply because I do not know if the NeoPar is a shot of the series NeoPar provides or if it is just the vaccine against parvo......your pup is 9 months old....another 3 months she can have her annual shots given.....

CALL your breeder. Ask her exactly which NeoPar vaccine baby was given...was it the dose that is strictly against the parvo or is it one of the series of vaccines NeoPar has....I cant help but wonder why in the world she mixes and matches the meds....why did she just give the NeoPar as first in the series of shots, then switch to another brand of vaccine? And if the NeoPar is STRICTLY just for the parvo, pup would do well with another in the series of puppy shots. It is all so confusing, since the baby is indoors and not picking up germs from all over dog parks, strangers yards, puppy trails, etc., I would just wait until baby is a year old, go get his vaccinations, and you will be on track!
