 yorkie pup coloring after a shave?
Hello all, my yorkie puppy is 4.5 months old and had his first trip to the groomers yesterday. my puppy had the fluffiest and most beautiful Black and Tan coat. but unfortunately, he was matted at the roots and the groomer insisted on shaving him, my mistake because if I knew I could get the matts out myself I would have never allowed it. she shaved him as short as they could! he is completely naked and neither of us like it. and now he's completely gray and gold? will his hair stay these colors or go back to his Black and Tan fluffiness? and how long before his fur is a decent length again? you can't even tell it's the same dog. 😔 |
