She has an itch there and she probrbly over scratche/d gnawedon it to the point of breaking skin. You should go buy some dog shampoo that kills bacteria and clean the area thoroughly. I would trim the hair around the area and gently exfoliate the area so that the scab will come off if its ready to come off. If done right it will heal up in no time. Happen to my dog once. |
