I think of and pray for you everyday. I am so happy you have your dear buddy, Tibbe there with you. Hugs to you! |

I'm ashamed to say I called and R/S the mammogram mid-morning, even after asking for your prayers. I felt so useless after doing that. But when I woke up this morning, I realized I just couldn't face another tense test and waiting for results so soon - not today. It's been a long hard slough with this surgery and I guess I just ran out of stuffing. I had to call and explained that to them what was going on and I never expected this to happen and they very kindly R/S me for Monday after next! I felt so weak-kneed, shaky and silly - just had no more backbone left to face that simple little test - not with the whole weekend looming ahead. It just seemed like too much all of a sudden. Been feeling lower than a caterpillar's bellybutton all afternoon since for ducking out on it. I hate that I involved you all but the prayers and good wishes won't have gone for naught at all and I thank every one of you for each one you've uttered!!! You all are like my sisters and brothers - like a big family strung out all over the world and yet I feel incredibly close to you so often. Hopefully, I'll grow some courage and gain some perspective on things in the next couple of weeks and can face that next mammogram in two weeks!
