Hi, welcome to Yorkietalk. You can click on the index page, which lists the different forums for Yorkietalk.
http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/index.php You can choose a forum that you think is best suited for your question, or if you have multiple questions and want to introduce yourself choose the "General Forum." Once you are in the forum you want, you'll see at the top left hand side of the page, it will say, "New thread." Click on that and type your question and a title and you're all set. See the picture and it will show you where the words New thread" are located.
