Food allergies are extremely rare, and almost never seen in adults - let alone puppies who don't really have allergies yet. Are you sure it's the food itself and not something else? Did the itching start just after the food? If you want to switch foods, I'd choose a different protein and main carb source in the new food. Maybe try Natures Logic Venison...can get on Amazon.
