1. the screen has awesome resolution
2. the camera is really good.
3. the reception has been good in comparison to my old audivox (I have t-mobile)
4. you can take a picture w/o the camera making a sound (great for sneaking pics of hot guys on the train to show your coworkers)

I think the phone is so cute. I am bummed to hear all the negative things about it. I really wanted one, but I have second thoughts about it now...that was a very informative review! Thanks!
