I had a pup once that HATED water so it was very hard to give her a bath. My vet said to expose her to water more frequently and slowly she came around. Speak to your groomer about your concerns, Im sure your pup isn't the only difficult bather they have dealt with and they will know some tricks to make it easier. When I was taking Paris to the groomers at first it was once a month and the first time she was terrified when I picked her up but I started taking her every 3 weeks even if it was just for a nail clipping ans she got more and mort comfortable.
