I am so very, very sorry for the loss of your little boy. My now passed girl was diagnosed with Pancreatitis at age appox.7 or 8 y/o. I assume it was caught early, she lived to be 17 y/o. I wish I had an answer to your question, it is devastating to lose a pup so young, so fast, not seeing or know signs (if there were any) of an illness. So hard digest.
