I'm the opposite.. Mocha runs up to everything that possibly moves, including a plastic bag today on our walk.. My friends Maltese does this too... She barks at everyone that walks by.. She just picks her up and takes her over to the person and lets her smell them.. I think that is simialer to what PZgunstare said.. Good luck and keep us posted
