[Yorkie Mama 2]

My 1 year old yorkie Remy suddenly started walking with his head down and was in pain, I took home to the vet and was told he pulled a neck muscle. But then he started dragging his back legs. Took him in again and they did blook work and xrays. Everything came out fine. But now all his legs are stiff and stuck out front of him. Help please
