I am assuming it is during the night there in Kuwait right now? Keep and eye on your baby and try to get him to drink water. Watch the gums. They should stay pink and wet. If they start to go grey you have a problem. If it's just one vomit and nothing else I would let it pass. However, I know my dogs do throw up on occasion for apparently no reason and I know what is normal and what is not. Since you have not had him very long you need to keep track and remember how he acts for next time.
If he gets worse, you need to find a place that is open 24 hrs.
