We will ALL get baggy and saggy. Don't think that those that do not have tattoos will not look old and saggy. By then, who the heck will care anyway?
At that age, what skin will you show anyway? Perhaps some are comfortable with wearing tanks tops or short sleeves, maybe shorts down to the knees? Doesn't leave that much skin showing anyway.
