I had Barney trained to my yelling, "run, run, run", but the day he escaped I found out the hard way that my voice just couldn't carry far enough for him to hear. Not to mention, it's hard to yell, "run, run, run," when you're bawling. I'm hoping I never have to test it out, but theoretically the whistle sound will carry much better.
