Yes, she CAN get used to it. Yoda hated clothes too at first, but we were persistent and kept on putting it on him. The sweater dance sounds very cute!
What you could try is this, take her outside (when it's a bit cold but not too cold) without any clothes on. Then put the sweater on her and give her lots of praise and a small treat. If she can associate the nice warmness with the sweater, perhaps she will take to it faster. Good luck with Prissy and sweaters!
