I thought that usually one only gave one wormer, to include Heartworm and some other worms as well? It is given once a month.
But your vet may have given you two meds to cover all bases,
I would give the Heartworm soon, as that parasite is the worst for the pup to get, and I would leave it a week or so to give the general wormer. I personally do not like dosing my dog up with too many meds at once. But your vet will give you the best advice for your dog, and others here will also probably have different regimens.
As she is so small, I hope they sell doses small enough for her. My dog is ten pounds, so no problem there!
