Someone who had the bag didn't care for it or something so in the process of wanting to redesign, she took the bag apart and found the USPS paper. I believe the lady in the video heard this and wanted to find out for herself.
As for Kiki, I think she did see it. I saw in her FB page that she changed the sales pitch of the same bag.
