For the chewing what worked well for me is to spray bitter apple. You can buy it at most pet stores. Spray the spots they like to chew. It will leave a bad taste in their mouth and they will stop chewing there. It needs to be re-applied every week to 10 days. Sasha had chewed the drywall almost down to the stud before I started using this. I have to spray it on Max's splint because Sasha wants to chew that too! Max only chews his toys. Each one is unique and you have to learn to handle their differences. It's not always easy. Good luck!
