I use these every other day, you can get them from amazon, they are great. Also I would suggest a spray called Leba III, can just spray it on, no need to brush and it does all the work, can be expensive though, amazon as well and lastly I really like Ora-Clens wipes, can also get them from amazon. They are almost look like stridex pads, just put one on your pointer finger and brush with them, really easy, and easy on the gums too. hope this helps!
