My yorkie has had a lipoma (fatty tumor) on his back since he was around 2. If its that its not a concern really. But keep an eye on it for any other developments and mention it to the vet if its concerning. Another weird mole looking lump my yorkie had wound up being a herpes wart!! That was on his nose and after a week or so it just fell off. Very bizarre. My little guy has been through it all!
