I thought you meant people on the street or in stores or such. If someone says in a disparaging way "Oh, you BREED????" You say---"I'm not married". They say "I meant dogs (or Yorkies if they know the breed)". You say with a very serious face "Shore. howdjathink puppies get here? A crow laid them on a stump and the sun hatched them?" Smile sweetly and walk away knowing you have done your very best..
