I agree with everyone else, he seems to be a lot younger than 10 weeks. Does he have teeth? When I first got my Buddy, they told me that he was 8 weeks and ready to go but I think he was younger. He barely had any teeth poor thing couldn't eat. I had to add water to his food then smash it so that he could swallow it. Also because they are so tiny they can only eat a little at a time, you will have to feed him multiple times a day.
