Steroid shots can you make you want to eat/drink more, and then pee more too. If your kiddo is having this severe a reaction to the steroid, it may not be the best form of allergy treatment. You could try something else like Atopica, Apoquel, or Temaril-P (also has some steroid but in a lesser amount).
