She did it out of best intentions- it is 100 degrees here and we don't have A/C so she thought it was too hot for him with such a long coat. She might have been right actually, but she did a terrible job. I didn't think it did any harm (other than aesthetically) until I went to the groomers to fix it. I just rushed to the nearest one I found. Guess not going back there.
