Default Help

I have a 10 week old teacup yorkie. I have been through the ringer with him. He has had 4 hypoglycemic episodes that required emergency visits to the vet. He is an extremely finicky and won't voluntarily eat anything but honey. He is half a pound. My vet now has me feeding him 5cc's of premium puppy food through a siringe with honey in it every 4-5 hours. I also give him nutri cal and water after every meal. My issue is now he is lethargic.... it seems like he is too full...am I overfeeding him? I can't seem to find the right balance....please help me.... the vet says he is the smallest he has ever seen.
