Hi and welcome to YT. It's likely your kiddo has no clue what it is that you're yelling at him about, I mean how would he unless caught in the act in the moment?
The only thing you can really do is totally start over w/ training, and tether him to you if necessary. See the General Training section stickies for good potty training threads.
