Default Lump under skin on back leg

I was holding my yorkie last night while massaging his back leg (he had luxating patella surgery on it). While doing this I felt something small and round. I have never felt this before so I grabbed my other yorkie and felt her leg and I don't feel this on her leg. The bump is under his skin and cannot be seen, so it's not protruding or anything like that.

Of course I immediately googled and found something about fatty deposits. His fur is normal, he acts normal and eats like always. No change in attitude/personality.

I was just wondering if anyone has had any problems with bumps like this?

I don't know if I should just wait until his next shot appointments next month or take him in now. I feel like I've been to the vet so many times this year and I don't want to overreact.

Any advice or similar experiences?

Thank you
