Thank you for updating, poor little girl, how anyone could neglect a wee lil pup just blows my mind. Your friend found her just in time. Wonderful that she is settling in and showing happy signs. Hope all her health issue are resolved quickly so she can start to live her new life in comfort. Bless your friend he truly saved a life.
