I read your post Wylie's mom. So it can't be bacterial - it does not look like ringworm. Just around the opening around the front part of his mouth and around the eyes. It can't be fleas because he's been treated and he doesn't itch anywhere else.
I really don't think it's topical or airborne allergies.

I guess then it has to be food? He also chews and eats a lot of things so he throws up every once in a while and he's had diarreah and mucus the past week. But he's also been chewing up a lot of things lately too.

I think than my main option is to continue with the strict diet for another two months....
