What is the parasite...is it clostridium overgrowth???
Like Kristin said, I'd be contacting the vet again to see if fluids are needed via IV or subQ.
Also try feeding simple carbs like bits of white cracker or bread. Sprinkle food w/ Parmesan cheese so that it smells appetizing.
You could also use an empty syringe to just give her small squirts of water in her mouth so she is at least getting something in terms of hydration.
