I have only tried him on Benadryl and it didn't seem to do much. I might need to try a different one. I was wondering about allergies as well. He seems to cough when laying or resting - but is completely fine when he is running and playing. Seem so odd! Mindy - his cough is kind of that hacking noise as well. Does your pup only do it once a day? Mikko does it multiple times a day...
He is on a harness and there really wasn't any pulling on his walk, he stayed by my feet so that should not be a concern... well still kind of a mystery! I just started him on azithromycin again.. just don't want my poor dog living on meds like that
