I have 3 tattoos! One on my wrist, just like yours "Carpe Diem". One on my ankle (an anklet of sorts with flowers,vines and a butterfly) and the other is on the top of my foot (a star).
I think tattoos can be done tastefully and yours looks good. Congrats.
