Dogs/animals don't really pee or defecate out of anger or emotions. The closest to that would be submissive peeing, but that doesn't sound like this.
The only thing I can think of is that you really do need to start over w/ training...ie, make her area very small and take her outside regularly. You can also tether her to you so she is never loose.
