I am not on my own computer so I can't show a photo.
My son in law had a horrific motorcycle accident and wasn't supposed to survive but he did. He is now in a nursing facility. Yesterday I dressed Penny up in a fluffy dress, put a bow in her hair and took her for a visit. She behaved like a little lady. I was so pleased with her! She can be a little stinker but she loved seeing Dwayne and really cheered him up. He has serious brain damage but he recognized Penny and she remembered him. She gave him tail wags and kisses. I may look into certifying her as a therapy dog so she can visit other people in nursing homes. She can bring such joy. |
